Philip has over
30 years experience as a lawyer and adviser in all aspects of property
finance
and development, including structuring joint ventures, arranging
finance and management
and has acted for owners, builder/developers and financiers.
His
extensive commercial experience equipes us to services all residential
and commercial property requirements for our clients, from the first

Barbara Cuthbert
Barbara is a
skilled lawyer with a special interest in property and elder law
matters. Her
considerable experience in residential and commercial property work
includes
purchase and sale of properties, review of financing proposals, leasing

some more unusual property work including termination of strata schemes.

Elizabeth Walton
Elizabeth
has provided Conveyancing services to the Blue Mountains community for
some 10
years and assists clients with First Home purchases, Sale
of the family home, retirement village
leases, commercial leasing and sale of business, “Off the plan”

house-land packages and powers of attorney. Elizabeth
has lived and worked in the Blue
